1. What does connections mean in LOFTBEE?
   
   A connection is referring to a conversation or a deal between the Service Provider and  The Customer.
   Connection is only considered when:
   
   1. The Customer starts a conversation with the Service Provider, OR
   2. The Customer places an order with the Service Provider,
   
   
   
2. How do I know if I am entitled for any free connections?
   
   Login to Service Provider Portal > 'Connections' under Profile navigation bar on the left.
   
   
   
3. How do I make my profile more reliable to the Customers?
   
   LOFTBEE is an open platform for Service Provider to upload or advertise their available services.
   To prevent unauthentic profile, we offer a few options to pre-check Service Provider's profile:
   
   
   1.  Verify the business entity by submitting Profile and Constitution of the company. (SGD 5.00 for each verification)
   2.  Verify your identity by uploading your NRIC copy. (SGD 5.00 for each verification)
   3.  Deposit a minimum amount of SGD50.00 for services assurance. Customer has the right for refund request if the service is not as per described.
   
   LOFTBEE only assists in authenticating the above options from relevant organization. The related information will be shown in product page and service provider profile page upon success authentication.

4. How much is the registration fee and subscription fee ?
   
   NO registration fee to be a Service Provider.
